This series product is achromatous and yellowish fat aldehyde hard resin in shape of grain with characteristic of anti-yellowing; it is applicable to the solvent based coating, solvent-based printing ink, and solvent-free industrial coatings, water-based coating, powder coating, resin modification and other related fields. Its performance is able to improve the anti-yellowing of membrane and shorten drying time, enhance membrane hardness, roundness and luster and solid content and reduce VOC discharge,, its product performance has already reach and surpass that of the similar foreign product.

Be able to dissolve in almost all paint solvents, such as aromatic hydrocarbons, alcohols, ketones, esters, and so on, do not dissolve in water, completely in the non-polar solvents such as mineral oil, aliphatic hydrocarbons, alicyclic hydrocarbon solubility in small.

IV． Colorant(general colorant)

GNC-A81 has almost universal solubility and compatibility and excellent wetting property, therefore, GNC-A81 is applicable to serving as carrier resin of colorant. If it is used with the suitable dispersant, it shall enable the colorant to high tinting strength and reduce the loss during storage to decrease the storage and treatment process for raw material and colorant types and better adapt to the change in paint and pigment market so as to put the paint end product in to market in the shortest possible time. Compared with foreign similar product, its cost can be reduced by more than 30% (regarding the universal colorant GNC-A81 resin content, it can be made into 30%-60% liquid based on the different requirement)

 

V． Colorant content

In some coatings, higher GNC-A81 aldehyde resin content shall adversely affect the adhesiveness or flexibility or weather-ability of the coating. Generally, the content is 5%-15%, the maximum content shall not exceed 20%, if there is special requirement, and the content may be adjusted accordingly, or the 5% in content may be directly used as coating, printing ink, and additive.
