High viscosity formaldehyde resin A81 is a neutral, non saponified and high light resistant hard resin. It has good weatherability and chemical resistance. It is soluble in all coatings commonly used solvents except aliphatic hydrocarbon and water, and can be mixed with many resin materials for paint and ink. Because of its wide compatibility, good solubility and strong polarity, aldehyde resin A81 is suitable for most solvent based paints, inks, adhesives and related product systems. The ink can be used to improve the wettability, gloss, adhesion, printability and solid content of the ink. Adding to the coating can give the film the ideal fullness, glossiness and adhesion, good mechanical, fast drying and weatherability. The recommended amount of use is 3-15%.
